Review of Rock My Body (Mondez #2) by Lee Piper

Review of Rock My Body (Mondez #2) by Lee Piper

Review done for Hooked On Books

3 ½ out of 5 stars

Riley Sears has never known true love. Her Dad is too busy for the family, her mom hates her, and she can’t seem to keep a meaningful relationship with a man going.

Out on the beach running one day, Riley bumps into the most gorgeous man she has ever seen. Too bad he is a bad boy rocker, because she has sworn off bad boys.

Dominic Mondez has had enough heartache to fill a lifetime. No more believing in love; he only sleeps with a woman once.

Both Riley and Dominic try their best to suppress the instant connection and lust filled thoughts they have of each other. They both know they are wrong for each other but they can’t stop their feelings.

I had a hard time finishing this book. The back and forth between the characters seemed to go on forever. The internal dialogue with Riley also drove me crazy. The last part of the book was ok once I finally got there.

I would say this book was ok.
