Brie Latham’s world is out of control. Her parents were murdered and she is alone in the world.

Her last boyfriend has kidnapped her and she almost died. Her current boyfriend is not who she thought he was. Everything she knows about him has been a lie. She doesn’t know who to trust.

Rafe Matthews is undercover to find out who murdered Brie’s parents. He never expected to fall in love with the beautiful woman. She owns him heart and soul now, and he is going to do everything to protect her.

Tensions are high and the danger is everywhere. There are so many pieces to the puzzle that Rafe and Brie have to figure out before it is too late.

This was a great mystery story. There are so many unknowns that I am on the edge of my seat trying to figure out who the real killer is. This book was full of suspense.

I definitely recommend this series if you are looking for a really good mystery to read. There is a major cliffhanger at the end and I am dying to read book 3 to see what happens!
