It’s lonely being famous. What chance is there for love?

Hounded by the paparazzi, Rebecca Taylor moves into a large house and grounds, protected from prying eyes by a high wall and electric gates. Her only regular company around the house is her housekeeper, Francesca. Publicly she is now a big star living the dream, but privately she is still haunted by her lover Lee’s betrayal and longs for the care and affection she once shared with Steve.
But a nomination at the UK Music Awards is about to change everything for the better again and maybe love is finally on the cards. Her best friend Linda Maloney’s business plans are at last becoming a reality too, catapulting Rebecca, not for the first time, into a secret world of decadent and forbidden pleasures.
As Rebecca is about to discover, when you appear to have it all there is a lot to lose.

The Series so far

For Rebecca Taylor, music is her life, and with the help of her record producer stepfather she is determined to make it her future. By the age of seventeen, the talented young singer and songwriter is preparing to leave school behind and pursue her music career. But it’s a jungle out there in the cutthroat world of the music industry, and Rebecca is hardly the most outgoing of teenagers. And then there’s love, or the other thing . . . sex. What’s a girl to do when her body, her curiosity, and her emotions are taking over, especially when there’s one man already on her mind? Encouraged by her best friend, the enigmatic and unconventional Linda, Rebecca enters into an adventurous relationship, a sensual journey of discovery that will change her forever. But if her stepfather ever found out . .

One thing is certain . . . fame changes everything.

After her first love affair comes to a sudden end, Rebecca Tayloris devastated. Thankfully there’s the inimitable Linda to help her pick up the pieces of her life and move on. With Rebecca’s sexuality fully awakened, the tigress inside her is hungry for more, and Linda is always ready to lead her astray.

While Rebecca devotes herself to carving out a career in the music business with her new band and trying to put the past behind her, Linda has plans of her own . . . and secrets too. Her unusual lifestyle draws Rebecca into a hidden world where the pursuit of pleasure is the greatest currency of all.

However, nothing could have prepared Rebecca for what lies ahead. It seems fame and money also have a dark side, especially when you’re not always sure who you can trust.
