Carnal Risk by Kym Grosso was my book by this author but I have already bought another one by her.

Carnal Risk will leave you breathless and hot and bothered.

Garrett Emerson is an adrenaline junkie who enjoys the thrill of jumping out of planes. When the book starts he is doing just that but with a fatal outcome.

Selby Reynolds is the complete opposite. She prefers quiet and sedate things but does enjoy singing and this is where is meets the sexy Garrett.

Lars is Selby's friend and boss who throws her into Garrett's business. She is there to investigate and help sort through the paperwork and computer  of Garrett's best friend Evan who was murdered. They are many twists and turns in this book making for a thrilling ride.

You could feel the chemistry burning through the pages. If you like a smoking hot alpha male and an equally hot woman this is the book for you. Lars completes it with be as equally hot and alpha as Garrett.

"Selby Reynolds. Executive recruiter and information systems expert. I work for Lars." As he took her palm in his, her skin sizzled with sexual awareness.

"Garrett Emerson. CEO and owner of Emerson Industries."

"Nice to meet you.. I, um.. Lars said," she stammered. Flustered, she lost her words as he stared deep into her eyes as if he was trying to read her thoughts She unsuccessfully fought the heat that rose in her cheeks as the memory from the club flashed in her mind.

This book is full of suspense, intrigue, betrayal, deceit and murder and really hot sex. I was really shocked by the bad guy. Definitely not who I was expecting.  

Cannot wait for the next book about Lars and see the continuation of the story between Garrett and Selby.
